I don't know if there is a balance while they are little, but it looks like from the date you had you guys are doing the best you can do right now!
Get rid of the kids. Problem solved. (or Danny!) I know of a not too distant relative that really likes those two kids!
the answer is...a getaway! it doesn't even have to be somewhere nice or fancy (trust me - we went to laughlin 2 weeks ago!). we were gone for a little less than 24 hours and it was WONDERFUL! :)
Oh geez. I'm no help here, but I sure will be stalking your blog to check out answers for a while. :) I need the same advice!
