All of these pictures are from day 1. Days 2-3 were a little too watery for the camera.

We went white-water rafting for two days. And it was a joy. (At least for me!)

Our ward went to this same place 2 years ago and 1 person went overboard.

This year: 13 people!! Two boat dumps and several single "swimmers".

I would so do it again!

downsizing

i took a whole bunch of blogs off my blogroll today.

it was getting crazy trying to keep up with them all.

i feel lighter already.

edit: i took off the blogs of total strangers. those ones that make me feel inadequate. or blogs i stumbled upon and thought were great for a few days and then grew tired of them. i kept all friends blogs, family blogs, and even some acquaintances. and a couple total stranger's blogs. must be the voyeur in me.

RECENTLY

we went on a field trip with eden's preschool

to the strawberry farm

and picked strawberries

and ate them (of course)

and enjoyed carrots

and the sunshine

and found a giant strawberry (oh)

a good time was had by all.

i went to disneyland with this sister (abby)

and this friend (julie).

we went to disneyland with this group

and practiced our surfing

and went on pirates (of course).

we walked at the walk for the cure (for cancer)

and got our faces painted

and our hands.

and life is good.
